Our ½ lb. of Sucre a La Crème fudge is inspired by the traditional fudge Quebec. Translated literally, Sucre a La Crème means “sugar with cream”. In keeping with the simple nature of the inspiration, we’ve used Brown Sugar fudge mixed with a little basic something-something to make this traditional treat truly our own and still just as delicious.

All of Phil’s award-winning fudge is handmade in small batches with quality being the #1 priority.
