Recommended selling period is two weeks (ask us why). Pay for it only after you've sold it. Keep your 30% (we accept e-transfer, cheque, and PayPal for the balance.) Your fudge is made fresh and ready to ship in two weeks. And it requires no refrigeration, making it the perfect solution for your fundraising needs.

We have so many repeat customers because we are committed to supporting you throughout the process. We've done this hundred of times, we know what works...and what doesn't!

How it Works

Step 1

We will ask you to provide us with some basic information, including your fundrasing dates, then we'll get you the appropriate order forms and catalogues!


Sell and raise money for your group!


When it's time to submit your order you simply send us one final order form with the totals for each product. We'll invoice you shortly after that. We prefer E-transfer for payment. Orders are submitted on Fridays and production starts Monday.


Two weeks from the submittal date we'll ship your order to the shipping address provided in Step 1 (we need a street addres, not a PO Box.) Transit time varies based on your location, typically between 2-7 days .


Your order will arrive with Best Practice instructions learned from years of offering fundraisers, and you'll find it has been packaged to make it simple to organize and distribute to your customers. mailto:Fundraising@PhilsFudge.com
